The Joymax GSD-S026SMDG antenna is an embedded, surface-mount, monopole helical antennas designed for use in sub-1 GHz 868 & 915 MHz frequency bands supporting low-power, wide-area (LPWA) applications including LoRaWAN®, Sigfox®, Wi-SUN®, Weightless-PTM, Wi-Fi HaLowTM and other unlicensed ISM application in the 868 and 915 MHz frequency range.
The board-attached antenna provides omnidirectional radiation which perfectly matches a portable device, and features compact package and low profile to be directly mounted on the main board of the end-products. Connection is made to the radio through microstrip transmission lines.
